Financial & Construction Company Ltd (FCC) was founded in 1996 as a private investment company that invests in property and project development in Ghana and Africa. In order to deliver state-of-the-art Urban Designs for a wide range of construction projects, FCC works closely with a dynamics team of partners who share a common vision for innovative and contextually responsible designs. These partners include Urban Designers, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Architects and Technicians who work with FCC in a collaborative and creative process that seeks to find holistic solutions to meet the needs of individuals and companies.
FCC's mixed-use developments are fully integrated and sustainable communities where all the provided amenities are managed in an eco-friendly environment. The Accra Economic Smart City (AESC), the flagship project of FCC designed to be West Africa Hub to house the headquarters of the Africa Continental free Trade Agreement AfCFTA companies desirous to set up in Ghana. This is the project that will drive Ghana and the West African Countries Economies as a whole.
