The DIHOC-KENAKI Manufacturing Company Ltd (DIKMAC) is a joint venture company between the Defence Industries Holding Corporation (DIHOC) and Kenaki Company Limited. The company aims at primarily manufacturing and providing services related to defence and security concerns; such as armoured vehicles, protection and ballistic gear, ammunitions, armoured cash-in-transit services, etc. The company’s services and products are primarily targeted for the Ghana Armed Forces, the Ghana Police Service other security entities in the country as well as in the region; and corporate/institutional clients. The company, as part of its services, seeks to provide engineering support services such as maintenance and refurbishment of existing military and other defence and security equipment, vehicles and other such hardware.
DIKMAC operates with technical support from the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Aleppo Systems International (Aleppo) of Israel. IAI is a state company fully owned by the Government of Israel. It remains the largest company in the defence industry in Israel and provides products and solutions in a wide range of areas, including; air, land, and sea defence, as well as commercial aviation solutions, space exploration and cyberspace solutions. Aleppo is an international company that specializes in the maintenance, integration and management of large-scale projects. The company develops a work plan according to client needs and ascertains that the best professional staff and equipment are designated to the specific project in order to achieve its successful completion. Aleppo’s project management ranges from analysis of requirements, through procurement and logistics, manufacturing and integration, deployment and implementation to professional training and maintenance.
 DIKMAC, with technical support through transfer-of-technology has an Assembly Plant which is located within the Burma Camp for the production, maintenance and servicing of Armoured Vehicles and other defence related equipment in the country. This Plant will avail technical, equipment and material support base for all security related services, such as cash-in-transit services, that will be provided by the company to its clients.
